We will use our best efforts to produce a high quality 200 line screen printing reproduction of the original materials or electronic files provided , subject to reasonable variation in color, quality and finish, in accordance with the trade customs of the industry.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us with 15 days after delivery. If we have made an error, we will either correct the error, reprint the order, or give an allowance of credit in whole or part. Our decision will be based on whether
a) there is a beyond “normal reproduction” loss, or b) the defect affects the ability to sell or use of the printed piece.
Certain circumstances are beyond our control. The guarantee does not cover:
a) customer errors such as spelling , punctuation or grammar; b) inferior quality or low resolution images provided by the customer; c) electronic file errors as a result of the customer created file; d) errors on a proof not noticed by customer which proof is approved by the customer; and e) U S Post Office errors or loss of mailings. The guarantee also does not cover mailing services or postage associated with claims.
While we receive very few complaints, we will deal with any complaint promptly and professionally. We want our printing and service to “Exceed Your Expectations.”
